Lest We Forget, Best Of, was released to commemorate Manson’s ten years in the industry as Marilyn Manson. (Portrait onwards.) The release came more as a contract obligation with the record company and is a collection of hits rather than what fans consider a definitive best of. The album came at a time when Manson was signalling that this was the end of his career although he would later bring out two more albums. The album came with a DVD that showcased all the band’s videos up to date and included Personal Jesus – the ‘single’ from this album. Eurpoean versions included the uncensored and USA banned [s]AINT video.

Reviews: bbc.co.uk review

The special edition of Lest We Forget comes packaged with a rather generous DVD full of the kind of sordid video material for which Manson is notorious. It also bears an 18 certificate, thanks to the previously unseen video for “(s)Aint”, which is lewd to say the very least.
It’s this kind of infamy which MM has thrived on in the past. The more unpopular Manson became in the US (for ‘polluting young minds’, allegedly), the more the UK rocked to angst-anthems like “The Nobodies”, “The Fight Song” and “Disposable Teens”. Lest We Forget oozes vitriol and spite (nowhere more so than the blistering opener “The Love Song”), but when the knob labelled ‘shock-tactics’ is already set to 10, one can’t help but wonder where he’ll go from here.

How come you mentioned the special edition of Lest We Forget, but not The Last Tour On Earth?

I didn't mention it – I posted a review about the album. Again Anthony the information on each page is merely to give an idea on each album – the content which will be the most important is the merchandise that I own – again this is a showcase of memorabilia. The information is correct and I think I post relevant info in the album info above the review which says: "The album came with a DVD that showcased all the band’s videos up to date and included Personal Jesus – the ‘single’ from this album. Eurpoean versions included the uncensored and USA banned [s]AINT video."
